He has several years’ experience working within the property industry including time spent as a Project Engineering on several building projects in Europe, Asia and Africa. He is also a prolific Lettings Negotiator having over 50 properties at every given time within his portfolio.  Emi has had the privilege of moving house more than 10 times in a space of 5 years into both owned and rented accommodation and has hands on experience in the process so is able to offer excellent advice to others going through the process.
His major successes:

Single handed converted a 1930s steel framed structure (Non –standard Construction) to meet the current UK’s Building Regulation (2010) requirements.

Introduce Sustainability principles in property development projects (as a residential and commercial property developer) whilst maximising the economic, social and environmental benefits.

Increasing property size from 84 SqM to over 200 SqM of residential space to meeting the client’s accommodation needs.

Acting for property owners in London and securing favourable agreements for them.

He has many outside sporting interests and regularly plays football, tennis and golf. He is actively involved with the local church. In his spare time, Emi enjoys spending time with her family, watching action movies and public speaking.
